Make a Zuppa Soup

Ingredients :
- 500g puff pastry, ready for use
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 30 g onion, finely chopped
- 100 g chicken, cut into small
- 5 pieces of champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 750 ml fresh milk
- 1 sheet bay lef
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
